true, and I believe in the concept, when people cant get basic healthcare, when the environment they live in is killing them, and getting basic healthcare is impossible, there is something wrong with the system. I work in the field now, and i hope the problems get worked out, it is a good plan that even has options for adjusting it if it has more issues
