I just love the title. Don’t let your Disney die, keep the light in your heart, and the gleam in your eye.

OUR POETRY CORNER

Don’t Let Your Disney Die

The days of the past
Leave a hole in my heart
I just can’t seem to fill

Expectations run amuck
Trading goals
For cheaply thrills

I once loved a woman
Too had a home
With children to love me back

But the sweetest sins
Of life loved more
And I loved to love their clasp

No memories to last
No Christmas in the laughs
As we all grow up
We all move on
The anger, lust and hold
As friends have left
No time to chat
We’re indifferent to this cold

Simply care more for gold

Beware of this Getting Old
